PAYMENT

Credit card payment is required at the time of booking. If you would like to request invoicing, and are not already an approved creditor with Experience Co, please complete this credit application form for our accounts team.

BOOKING

General Booking Enquiries and Amendments: You will be able to cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior with a full refund. Within 24 hours, you will need to contact our park team.

Please direct all enquiries to the specific park, leaving a phone message or sending an email, and allowing them 24-hours to respond or more during peak hours. You can find each park's contact details on our website here. If the matter is urgent, please email us here sales@treetopsadventure.com.au
